Our Drop-In Meditation Classes

Summer Term: Mindfulness of Breathing - 14th Aug - 9th Oct.

For those who have learnt some basics and now want to take things deeper.

Each week I will guide us through a simple practice.

There is time for some discussion and opportunity to raise any challenges you might be having with your meditation practice.

This term we return to mindfulness and especially of the body and the five senses. This kind of practice helps us to reconnect with our bodies and can help create more of a feeling of being grounded, which is a really peaceful experience. Each week we will simply practice for around 40 minutes. There will always be some variation in the way I lead the practice but I want to keep it simple this term to allow you a chance to get to know one practice, and your own mind, a lot better.

Wednesday Evenings 6.15pm-7.15pm at the Healthy Life Centre Edinburgh

Pay on the night: £10/£8(conc.)
