Winter Term: Mindfulness of Breathing - 16th Jan - 10th April

For those who have learnt some basics and now want to take things deeper.

Each week I will guide us through a simple practice.

There is time for some discussion and opportunity to raise any challenges you might be having with your meditation practice.

This term I want to explore with you, in depth, the mindfulness of breathing. Each week we will simply practice for around 40 minutes. There will always be some variation in the way I lead the practice but I want to keep it simple this term to allow you a chance to get to know one practice, and your own mind, a lot better.

Wednesday Evenings 6.15pm-7.15pm at the Healthy Life Centre Edinburgh

Pay on the night: £10/£8(conc.)

6 Class Pass: £50
